Curtin Dubai hosts its first Experience Day for prospective students

High school students from across the UAE attended an insightful and exciting Experience Day at Curtin University’s Dubai Campus.

Professor John Evans, Pro Vice-Chancellor welcomed the students, followed by a lively interaction with the Curtin Dubai Student Council. An intriguing workshop on Personal Branding was conducted by Dr. Khyati Shetty, Head of School – Business and Humanities. Salih Ismail, Program Coordinator- Computer Science presented a session on Cyber security. Barira Shahid Student Success Coordinator, the Learning Success Centre advised students on how to balance university assignments and extracurricular activities. Nija Jose, Head of Curtin Dubai Careers Centre gave valuable advice to students on how to manage internships while pursuing a degree at Curtin Dubai.

The day concluded with students engaging in extracurricular games and activities led by Everyl Colaco, Student Experience Officer at Curtin Dubai.
