Curtin Dubai introduces its first nation-wide online Writing and Hackathon Competition

Earlier this month, Curtin University Dubai announced its first nation-wide Writing and Hackathon Competition where students from grades 9 to 13 are invited to participate from schools across the UAE.

This online competition is open to budding writers and the innovators of tomorrow with an incredible opportunity to win exciting prizes including up to a 75% scholarship to study at Curtin Dubai and retail vouchers worth of up to AED 2,000.

For the budding writers, topics from Arts, Business and Science are available and for the innovators of tomorrow, the hackathon is set for participants to go two rounds of testing their knowledge, problem-solving and coding skills.

The competition is part of the Curtin Dubai School Support program to encourage students to put their thinking caps on and ensure the cycle of learning does not come to a halt despite the global circumstances.
