Students Era is a student-based platform for community building, engagement and expression amongst the youth in the UAE.
They hosted their Students Era Conference at the Abu Dhabi Youth Hub. Sandile Nkala, former student council president of Curtin Dubai, was part of the three panellist discussion ‘How can young people use social media to establish themselves?’
She was delighted at the opportunity, “I was quite honoured to represent Curtin University as a panel speaker for the Students Era Conference. It boosted my confidence in my public speaking skills. In addition, it was interesting to engage with different inquisitive minds from other universities.”
