Curtin Dubai’s Global Immersion Program welcomed engineering students from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University in India. The group of students, pursuing Civil and Petroleum Engineering engaged in a truly immersive two-week program at Curtin Dubai.
The first week consisted of lectures on International Marketing, Business Communication, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, and Personal Branding, conducted by the faculty from the Curtin Dubai Business School. The second week was filled with enriching workshops conducted by various industry experts and Associate Professor Pon Selvan at Curtin Dubai’s Engineering facilities. Oil Economics, Renewable Energy, Smart Cities Development, and Engineering Management were some of the areas of discussion. The students experienced education at its best with collaborative learning in the most-advanced engineering labs at Curtin University Dubai.
